Floating in Place is an exhibition that looks at metaphorical movement, and what it really means to make progress. In response to the theme of the show, Sharon created four new works early in 2024. The exhibition was curated by Moni Asia, and featured works by six female artists who use diverse media ranging from painting to collage. Each artist explored the subject through different lens of personhood, womanhood and Blackness that encourage interpretation and introspection.
